As an association, we have changed to help impact and grow the game of golf throughout communities across North Alabama.

As an association we will Inspire to

1. Increase Participation by properly developing junior golfers

2. Grow NAJGA Membership and Encourage Club and Course Membership Growth.

3. Promote Game Sustainability and Retention through the "PLAY" component of the game.

As an association our priorities for IMPACT 2023 and Beyond will be.

1: Golf in Schools Program – Increase golf’s profile in schools and communities with our "Golf in Schools Program". Through the Chris and Patricia Burns Junior Golf Foundation we have already introduced to 3000+ elementary school students. Some of the schools include Mars Hill Bible, Lauderdale County, Brooks, Central, Underwood, Waterloo, Rogers and Wilson. Our Goal over the next year is to get into every school in Colbert and Laudedale County.

2: Programs to Clubs - Support the transition from programs into club-based TEAM activities to encourage club and course membership growth.

3: Community Education – Developing community stakeholders to support junior golf through our traditional programming and Become "Champions FORE Junior Golf" and our LEAD Cohort Leadership Program for our 9th to 12th Grade students.

Our Foundation

5. The Huntsville Metropolitan Youth Golf Foundation is the nonprofit foundation of the North Alabama Junior Golf Association. We will utilize the foundation to have a positive impact on growing junior golf through our Golf in Schools Program initiative and developing the "Next Generation of Golf" Intentionally, Athletically, Academically, and Personally.

4: Partner with the Chris and Patricia Burns Junior Golf Foundation to continue to promote and grow junior golf in North Alabama.
