Fore Junior Golf Inc., DBA North Alabama Junior Golf Association is led by Tim King who has been involved in the golf industry and promoting junior golf for over 30 years. Tim is the former Men and Women's Head Golf Coach at Martin Methodist College in Pulaski Tennessee and in just 3 seasons created tremendous success and growth of the golf programs recording the highest finish in program history at the Men's Southern States Athletic Conference Championships by finishing Runner Up in his inaugural season.

Tim was hired July 11, 2022, by Talladega College as the Director of Golf / Head Golf Coach to create and build both Men's and Women's Golf Teams for the college and transition from the NAIA to NCAA DII competition. In the process we will strategically create, within the policies of Talladega College, the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, and the NCAA DII with a strong focus on the student athlete first while building a competitive and sustainable program that the college, community, and conference will be proud of. He is responsible for all aspects of both programs and hopes to have both programs fully operational by Fall of 2023 and enter into NCAA DII competition.
Tim incorporated Fore Junior Golf in 1994 in Madison County Alabama and formed the North Alabama Junior Golf Association (NAJGA). The association serviced over 1000 junior golfers over 10 years and conducted junior golf tournaments all across North Alabama at some of the finest country clubs in the state. Tim has relaunched the NAJGA as a program of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Shoals Sports Commission with a new mission, #IMPACT2022 and the #IMPACT2023andBeyond Initiatives to grow and sustain golf while properly developing the junior golfers of North Alabama. Tim took over the 501 (c)(3) Huntsville Metropolitan Youth Golf Foundation in December of 2022 and is now the foundation of the NAJGA to help promote, grow, and sustain junior golf in North Alabama while developing junior golfers deliberately, athletically, academically, and personally.
Tim has been a PGA of America Golf Professional since 1999. He holds a associate in science in General Education from Northwest Shoals Community College, a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Athens State University and an MBA in Sports Management and Leadership from Northcentral University. Tim's other junior golf experience includes the First Tee of Northwest Florida where he served as the Tournament Director for the Greater Pensacola Junior Golf Association and was responsible for overseeing the Bubba Watson Divot Derby and the A. Downing Grey Cup events. In the Summer of 2019 Tim served as a coach at the renowned International Junior Golf Academy in Bluffton South Carolina working with kids from across the United States and Internationally. Tim is a past recipient of the PGA Dixie Section Junior Golf Leader of the Year Award and Favorite Teaching Professional by the readers of the Tennessee Valley Golf News. Tim and his wife Rachel have 2 boy's and a French Bulldog named Khloe and a cat named Ted.
